What the store charges for one currency bundle.

Coins, gems, Robux or V-Bucks the bundle gives, bonus included.

Divide the bundle price by the currency it gives to get the price of one unit, then multiply by the amount you want to value. With Robux sold at 400 for $4.99, one Robux costs about $0.0125, so an 800-Robux item is worth $9.98 at that rate.

About this tool

Games price items in coins, gems or credits precisely so that the real cost is hard to see. This converter turns any amount of game currency back into money using the bundle you would actually buy, or tells you how much currency a given budget represents. Enter the bundle price and size, choose the direction, and you get the converted amount, the cost of a single unit and of 100 units, and how many units one dollar buys. Parents checking a child's request, players comparing a battle pass with a skin, and anyone weighing two bundle sizes can use the same three numbers. One limit: the rate depends on the bundle you enter. Larger bundles usually carry bonus currency, so the per-unit price falls as the bundle grows, and sale prices or regional pricing change it again.

How to use it

  1. Enter the bundle

Type the store price of one bundle and the total currency it gives, including any bonus amount.

  2. Pick a direction

Choose game currency to money to value an item, or money to game currency to see what a budget buys.

  3. Enter the amount

Type the item's currency price or your money budget; the result and per-unit figures update as you type.

Examples

800 Robux at the 400-for-$4.99 rate

Bundle price
4.99
Currency in the bundle
400
Convert
Game currency to money
Game currency amount
800

Result Converted amount: 9.98
Money per 1 unit of currency: 0.012475
Money per 100 units: 1.2475
Currency per 1 unit of money: 80.1603

  1. Price per unit = 4.99 ÷ 400 = 0.012475
  2. Real-money value = 800 × 0.012475 = 9.98

Two 400-Robux bundles cost $9.98, so a 800-Robux item is worth just under ten dollars at that rate.

$20 at 1,000 V-Bucks for $8.99

Bundle price

Money amount

Result Converted amount: 2,224.69
Money per 1 unit of currency: 0.00899
Money per 100 units: 0.899
Currency per 1 unit of money: 111.2347

  1. Price per unit = 8.99 ÷ 1000 = 0.00899
  2. Currency bought = 20 × (1000 ÷ 8.99) = 2224.69

At 111.23 V-Bucks per dollar, twenty dollars equals about 2,224.69 V-Bucks of value, though the store only sells fixed bundles.

Game currency amount
250

Result Converted amount: 2.5
Money per 1 unit of currency: 0.01
Money per 100 units: 1
Currency per 1 unit of money: 100

  1. Price per unit = 1 ÷ 100 = 0.01
  2. Real-money value = 250 × 0.01 = 2.5

A simple rate of one cent per gem puts a 250-gem skin at $2.50.

How it is calculated

money = amount × (P ÷ N); currency = money × (N ÷ P)

P
price of one bundle in real money
N
units of game currency in that bundle
amount
the game currency or money being converted

The bundle defines an exchange rate. P ÷ N is the money cost of one unit and N ÷ P is the number of units per unit of money. Converting is a single multiplication by whichever ratio fits the direction. The result is a value at that rate, not a purchase quote: stores sell fixed bundles, so buying an exact odd amount usually means buying more than you need.

When not to use it

  • Currency earned by playing has no purchase price, so this rate overstates what grinding costs you.
  • Trading or resale values on player markets follow supply and demand, not the store bundle.

Common mistakes

  • Leaving out the bonus currency in a large bundle, which inflates the per-unit cost.
  • Using the smallest bundle's rate to value a purchase you would make with the largest bundle.
  • Forgetting that sales tax or regional pricing changes the real bundle price.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a bigger bundle give a cheaper rate?

Publishers add bonus currency to larger bundles to encourage bigger purchases. A 400-unit bundle at $4.99 and a 4,500-unit bundle at $49.99 give quite different per-unit costs, so run each bundle separately and compare the cost per 100 units.

How much is one Robux worth in dollars?

At the 400 Robux for $4.99 bundle, one Robux costs about $0.0125, or $1.25 per 100. Larger bundles and premium memberships lower that figure, so enter the bundle you actually use.

Can I use this with currencies other than dollars?

Yes. The dollar sign is only a label; the arithmetic works for euros, pounds or any money as long as the bundle price and the money amount are in the same currency.

Why is the converted currency amount a fraction?

Money divided at a bundle rate rarely lands on a whole unit. The figure shows the value equivalent; in the store you would have to buy the bundle at or above that amount.

Does this include tax?

Only if the bundle price you enter includes it. Enter the price shown at checkout after tax to see the true cost per unit in your region.

How do I compare a battle pass with buying items directly?

Convert the pass's currency price to money, then compare it with the money value of the items it unlocks. The cost per 100 units makes two offers in different bundle sizes directly comparable.
